WinKeyer Version 3.1 Upgrade Files
This is the repository for WK 3.1 Upgrade Files. They are compatible with any K1EL WinKeyer that has a WK 3 IC except for WK3serial and WKlite. There are several different versions, please verify that you are using the correct image file for the keyer you have. The .03 files are special versions for keyers that use the CH340 USB interface.
WK3tools and WK3demo have been updated to support WinKeyer 3.1 links to be these can be found below. WK3demo will not fully recognize an older IC version so you will need to upgrade your keyer to 3.1first.
To determine the version of keyer you have, run WK3tools 5.3, set the com port, click Test WK and the version will be displayed: IC:DIP, IC:SMT, IC:AF or IC:MINI. Select the appropriate image from the list below. Instructions for upgrading can be found in the WK3TOOLS Guidebook on Page 8, PLEASE BE SURE TO READ THIS !! When you use WK3tools 5.3 with an older WK3 version, only a few options are enabled. Once you do the upgrade, everything will be enabled.
DO NOT USE ANY OF THESE FILES FOR K45 or WKnano UPGRADE !
